Marson Findling

Marson works alongside Tom. Quiet, considered, and better at reading the room than most people twice his age.
Five years in customer service and a business background gave him the groundwork. What he brings on top of that is patience and genuine interest in the people he works with, which is most of the job whether agents admit it or not.
